DINT - NSW GOLF GAME GIVEAWAY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Entry to the competition will be online via the www.dintputters.com website.
• There is no minimum age for entrants
• Entrants will be required to submit their name and email address
• Entrants will be asked to agree to the terms which will include the receipt of advertising material
• The winner will be drawn in the DINT offices on Monday 16th November 2009 by a Director of Dint
• The Winner will be notified via email.
• Accommodation will be for 2 nights, being Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December 2009 in the general vicinity of the NSW Golf Club where the event will be held.
• The prize consists of 2 Games of Golf in the sponsors event – playing the NSW Golf Course on Monday 7th December, the day after the Australian Open Golf Tournament concludes, as well as 2 tickets to the final days play of the tournament on Sunday 6th December, return air flights for 2 to Sydney and 2 nights accommodation.
• Flights will be from any Australian Capital city to Sydney and return. Winners will be responsible for any excess baggage costs that may result from oversized baggage such as golf clubs.
• Transfers - Winners will be responsible for their own transfers to and from airports, to and from accommodation and to and from the golf course (venue).
• This promotion is run by DINT Australia.
• DINT Putters will use its best endeavours to honour its commitment to the winners however DINT Putters shall not be held responsible or liable to the winner in the event of bad weather, strikes, civil unrest or any other beyond it’s control which prevents, inhibits or otherwise interferes with the winner being able to have full benefit of the prize.
