DINT Putters is a name that has become synonomous with Australian Golf.

DINT is also the leading green keeping supply company in Australia, being chosen providers to the PGA Tour of Australasia.

Ever since brothers Michael and Anthony Dinte, manufactured the 1st DINT golf putter in 1987, DINT have been Australia’s only 100% Australian made and owned production putter manufacturer.

Since inception, the DINT putter has gained an enviable reputation.

Amateur and professional golfers world wide, have appreciated the unique workmanship, quality and precision of these individually hand finished putters . Players such as Fuzzy Zoeller, Greg Chalmers, Ken Trimble,Craig Warren, David Ecob, Russell Swanson and many otheres including Australian golfing legend, Craig Parry, have used DINT putters. Parry was so impressed, that he approached the Dinte brothers to work with them in designing a putter made to his specifications. The Dint CP1 was born, named after Craig. Just weeks after perfecting the putter to his liking, Craig went on to win the Greg Norman Classic at the Lakes Golf Club, sinking an 8ft clutch putt, with the Dint CP1 in hand!

As word spread, the Dinte brothers began exporting their Australian made putters to all corners of the globe. Considerable sales were made in the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, New Zealand, Sweden and parts of Europe. Dint Putters were competing on the world stage.

The putters were attracting considerable interest in the corporate world as well. Classic 24 Carat Gold plated and Chrome plated putters were crafted for many local and international business’s to be used as corporate gifts and company promotions with company logos and script engraved.

The Prime Minister’s department purchased Gold Plated DINT putters, with Australian Prime Ministers presenting these to visiting overseas dignitaries.
George Schultz, US Vice President Dan Quayle and the Prime Minister of Fiji, Mr Fitiveni Rabuka were amongst many of the recipients of these DINT Putters.

In 2010, J A Dinte Pty Ltd, DINTS manufacturing division will celebrate 80 years in the casting business in Alexandria, Sydney. In 1930 Michael and Anthony's grandfather and father started casting aluminium and bronze castings in Australia. Today the foundry is at the forefront of foundry technology and supply in this country. Casting not only golf equipment but hi tech castings for the mining, pump, confectionary and petro chemical industries to name a few. These castings are exported worldwide.

Today, DINT Putters continue’s to be at the forefront of putter manufacturing in Australia. This family business has now entered its fourth generation. Michael's oldest son Adam, Sales Manager of DINT will ensure the continuity of quality and service for many years to come.
